So is Halo 3 that overrated? What does GTA4 has? close to billions of reviews? Look at Halo 3 that is
way overrated and way over-hyped up to worldwide. When some say GTA4 doesn't deserve a 10 out of 10? Neither does Halo. It's a great game, but not that superior.
